Export/Marketing Manager, “Ventilation Systems”, Kiev, Ukraine

	Export Manager duties (Product manager for the region of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, BENELUX countries):

	Obtaining of the new customers in the region;
	Continuos support of the existing clients;
	Discussion and development of the individual packaging of the products for each client;
	Dealing with customers’ complaints and reclamations;
	Analysis of the company performance in the region.  

	Marketing manager duties:

	Creation of the catalogues and brochures with the new products;
	Continuos market monitoring and analysis;
	Participation in the specific trade fairs and exhibitions;
	Participation in the company’s web-site creation;
	Promotion texts writing and placing in the specific trade journals.   

Sales duties: Responsible for obtaining client companies (exponents) for trade fairs and exhibitions

Marketing Research duties: Data collection for market research, assisting in the analysis of company performance as well as performance  of the exponent-companies;  Conduction of customer satisfaction surveys during the exhibitions;  

Customer Assistance duties: Registration and placing exponents for exhibitions, taking care of customers during trade fairs; 

Other duties: Working at the reception booth of the company;  Assistance in gathering information and preparation of exhibition catalogs;  Assistance in organization of companiesТ presentations and shows;  Assistance in organization of contests and competitions for the best products during exhibitions.     

Organization of promotion activities for products and/or services of the client companies (incl. representation on trade fairs, P-O-P  presentations, event marketing, etc.).
