Product Manager

Product Manager for Monitors, LG Electronics, Representative Office in Ukraine and Moldova
-	Manage sales to 6 wholesalers in Ukraine and 2 in Moldova from warehouse in Germany and Odessa port. Develop and maintain professional workflow.
-	Perform market monitoring and analysis. Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting and planning of product shipments by model and by client.
-	Negotiate with company’s offices in S.Korea, Germany, China, Netherlands, Great Britain, Indonesia, Poland, Russia concerning goods supply and product issues. Make orders and manage stock.
-	Initiate, develop and implement sales promotion programs for distributors (8), dealers (100+) and end-users. 
-	Financial management, planning and control for whole IT dept.
-	Assist in ATL and BTL marketing.
-	Conduct product pricing and positioning.
Other products in charge: Optical Disc Drives (2003-2005), Network Equipment (2003), Plasma Screens and Projectors (2003)
Achievements: Monitors – increased LCD Monitors market share from 13% to 30%
 ODD – increased market share from 18% to 50%
