	Responsible for local category business (AOP, targets and drivers: portfolio, pricing, margin, distribution, touch point wheel, A&P)
	Optimize portfolio & manage marketing mix including channelization (inc. price / Integral margin)
	Manage local product introductions
	Local activation of BU and Category marketing strategies and campaigns (AtL, BtL, and PR)

	Planning AOP (annual operation plan), ROFO (short-term forecasting)  and Monthly updates for Category in terms of sales (value, volume), IGM(margin), A&P (advertising and promotion) spend.
