Procurement Director
Overall: Own, supervise and control all procurement processes and organization within the Company with the purpose to:
	provide Divisions of the Company with necessary quantity and quality of goods and services in due time, in due place from reliable supplier (fulfilling its obligation in time and guaranteeing after-sales services) with the best prices through efficient and professional procurement processes;
	accrue maximum benefits and cost savings for the Company and optimise procurement and general logistical expenses of the Company;
	contribute to achieving corporate strategy.

Main Functions:
	Develop and maintain Company’s Procurement Strategy and Policy;
	Elaborate Procurement Ethical Principles in accordance with the Corporate Codes of Conduct;
	Develop Procurement YTG Plan & Budget;
	Develop and maintain efficient procurement processes and procedures;
	Ensure sufficient organisation of supply chain management within the Company including purchasing, contracts and deliveries management, logistics, inventory turnover and material assets usage control ;
	Manage relationships with vendors effectively; 
	Communicate and coordinate with Telenor, Telenor Affiliates, other companies, organizations or authorities procurement related issues; 
	Distribute duties between division employees, establish measurements and functional goals.

Purchasing and Logistics Director
Overall: Direct and coordinate activities within the areas of purchasing, warehousing, customer service, distribution and customs brokerage in accordance with identified company goals to achieve optimum efficiency, customer satisfaction and maximize profits. 
Strategy development and support:
 Work with the Heads of Sales and Financial departments to create the right business strategy for Reiting to ensure profitability
 Ensure Reiting’ s business strategy is aligned with the Corporate business strategy      
	Responsible for planning & executing a long & short-term purchasing optimization strategy
Leading and managing the Purchasing & Logistics team:
 Drive a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the Purchasing and Logistics Management team
 Ensure the Purchasing and Logistics Management team has the right skills at the right time through effective recruitment, training and development 
 Ensure that appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) exist for each functional area and review these regularly 
 Manage the performance of each Purchasing and Logistics Manager by agreeing and reviewing individual performance indicators through annual appraisals and informal 1 to 1’s on a quarterly basis
 Identify training and development needs and agree individual development plans 
 Provide 1 to 1 coaching to facilitate individual excellence
 Effectively recognize and reward exceptional performance Develop and apply the effective motivation system
 Ensure effective communication exists within the Purchasing & Logistics department and other departments within the Company
Support to other Company’s departments:
 Provide accurate cost information to the Management team through effective forecast generation
 Create a mindset of “driving down cost to the customer” across all functions 
 Control cost and drive cost optimization programs across all functions
 Provide full costs analysis and corrective actions
 Provide Reiting Corporate with accurate budget information
 Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Heading Purchasing department
	Headed a team of 4 Purchasing Managers with a portfolio of 2500 article 
	Ensure the needed stock level to perform Sale budget, Gross Margin budget
	Ppreventing stock out\low stock or stock over
	Achieving required lead times & cost reduction targets as well as established quality & delivery targets 
	Calculating and controlling Price List prices and discounts
	Negotiate long term purchasing and supply agreements as appropriate 
	Provide the commercial framework for the development of new products 
	Compiling and following up the weekly \ monthly\ quarterly\annually plans on putting orders to suppliers, payments to suppliers, arrival of imported shipments at the Reiting’ s warehouse.
	Regular assortment review, evaluation and optimization based on profitability analysis and competitive marketing analysis 
	Providing training for Sales representatives on merchandising
	Established procedures and disciplines for further profit growth
	Charged with improving quality, service & cost effectiveness as necessary to make Purchasing & Logistics performance a competitive advantage.
	Improving the team’s purchasing effectiveness by focusing on their continuous  personal development and conducting regular performance management reviews      
Heading Logistics department
	Headed teams of  23 persons of Warehouse staff, 2 persons in Customer Service, 5 persons in Cargo Forwarding, 1 Certification broker
	Set and implement suitable warehousing policies in accordance with overall Distribution and Commercial strategies of the business.
	Ensure daily order picking, releasing and delivering to customers
	Manage daily stock inbound –outbound warehouse operations
	Perform regular stock checks and audits in line with corporate standards and polices
	Manage pack design issues to ensure products are supplied to the Ukraine market in appropriate formats to meet all legal and regulatory requirements
	Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and raising invoices
	Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of goods both for resale and for sampling purposes.
	Ensure timely and correct product certification
