Audit and assessment reports using a standardized process, dispatching reports to Client; investigating queries from clients in respect of reports
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of the report schedule, assigning due dates priorities and responsibilities
Dealing with assessor queries
Dispatching relevant information to Sales, Accounts and Data Processing departments 
Regular Liaison with clients and Account Managers 
Input pay-claims from fieldworkers

Assessor reimbursement, client invoicing, balancing the order book, helping finance team in trial balance, auditing and preparing final accounts

I sold printing and publishing equipment to Ukrainian private companies.Duties:
Identifying new business opportunities, making telephone enquiries and advertising our products to potential customers
Dispatching the relevant equipment and organizing the invoicing system
Dealing with after sales customer service
Printing update reports, auditing and passing these onto the Warehouse Managers

The responsibilities had included assistance in accounts of the company and drafting proposals, fundraising, project evaluation and management.
