Advise local and multinational clients on various tax, transfer pricing, customs and regulatory issues. Conduct tax due-diligences, assistance upon business restructuring, review of complex transactions, provision of on-call advice. Assist clients within the course of tax audits, post audit negotiations with tax authorities (including tax police). Representing the clients' interests in material tax disputes (both on pre-court and court stages).

- Development and preparation of transfer pricing documentation for clients in various industries; 
- Advice to multinational energy group on purchase of oil&gas extraction business in Ukraine, cooperation with the state under product sharing agreements and joint operational agreements.
 - Development and implementation of a business model for one of the largest pharmaceutical company which has a trading entity in Ukraine, including, contractual framework, transfer pricing solutions, tax and accounting policies.
 - Advocated various clients in material disputes with tax authorities.
 - Advice to one of the leading IT media group on purchase of IT companies in Ukraine, including, tax due diligence, structuring of transfer of IP rights.
 - Tax advice to the European financial group on restructuring of large portfolio of bad debts, including, contractual review.
 - Assistance to the multinational pharmaceutical producer and association of R&D producers of drugs on introduction of amendments to the effective pricing legislation.
 - Tax and customs advice to an international aircraft leasing company on repossession and export of aircraft engines in Ukraine.
 - Development of tax efficient loyalty program for one on the largest petrol trading retail chain.
 - Consulting of one of the leading Ukrainian producers of beer on business restructuring (merger of companies owning production sites). 
- Advice of a multinational pharmaceutical company on structuring of clinical trials in Ukraine, including, contractual work.

Conducted a wide range of tax due-diligence and restructuring projects in various industries. Assisted financial auditors within the course of audit of financial statements. Calculated deferred taxes for the purposes of IFRS reporting. Advice clients on various tax matters.

 a mid-sized Ukrainian kaolin producing company;
 a major Ukrainian wholesaler of automotive parts;
