SALES & MARKETING

Provide a lead sales management role for the following territories: Portugal, France, Spain, United Kingdom.
    Report directly to Vice President Sales. Manage annual turnover of $39 Million Euros.   
	Research market opportunities, analyze competition. Control monthly budgets. 
	Manage pricing policy on assigned territories. Responsible for launching special offers/promos. 
	In charge of product quality on assigned routes.
	Develop leisure/ business traffic to Ukraine from respective markets  
	Create incentive/bonus programs for Portugal and France travel agents.

	> codeshare agreement between Ukraine international and Air France 

Led sales department (two travel agents in hand)  
	Provided successful presentations to corporate network and C-level executives
	Ran negotiations of incentive programs to garner incremental revenue and market share

>  25% of revenue increase in first 90 days, despite a history of no one achieving their quota in their first    year at this company
