 -       Participation in opening of SME sales division, in developing and implementation of credit products
 -      Working out and fulfilling plans of sales within the business strategy of the company
 -      Organization of sales, arrangements directed to its increasing and attraction of new clients
 -      Negotiations with wholesale companies about cooperation and crediting their clients
 -   Financial analysis of business, decision about possibility of crediting, collection of necessary documents, presentation of clients to credit committee.   
 -       Preparation of agreements with clients and other documents necessary for credit utilization
 -      Leader of a group of 10 sales specialists (teaching, organization and control of their work, regular reports)

-	Ensuring of safety flights
-	Interview passengers of the flights and evaluate how much risk they perform
-	All work in English language, with Israeli managers
