POSITION: TAC 2 GPRS engineer (Regional Technical Assistance Center for GPRS / UMTS (General 
Packet Radio Service / Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) )
DUTIES:
- regional GPRS Project service support for Germany leading mobile operator – D2 Vodafone
- troubles schooting
- trouble report processing and saving to database
- discussing and coordination of necessary Indices with developing team
- preparation of necessary Indices
- exercising supervision of trouble report till problem be solved
- developing, preparation and execution of tests for the type (project) acceptance
- preparation of tests
- preparation of technical documentation (in german and english)
- execution of tests with customer according to new documentation
- correction of technical documentation
- training
- technical support


Achivements:

- successful execution of tests “Software management” (Software Management -Software Backup 
und Restore, Database Update, LOG-Files Handling for Switch K36190, Seebridge K36140 - 
Software Backup und Restore, Database Update, LOG-Files Handling) by the Project acceptance 
(GPRS GR 20 )
- programming and commission of system of control and measurement for all GPRS network in
