Head of Consulting Services

- Launched a team of consultants and expanded it up to six persons. 
- Successfully handled sales to Swedish clients, supervised a sales team. In four years the turnover of the Swedish Trade Council in Ukraine grew six times, the profit grew ten times. 
- Implemented more than 80 projects for Swedish companies assisting them to expand in Ukraine. The projects included:
   o market research, partner search and evaluation, 
   o positioning strategy development,
   o market feasibility study,
   o competitive analysis,
   o registration of a company, recruitment of personnel.
- An agent on investment opportunities search for investment fund Swedfund. A major partner in industrial expertise for investment evaluation and due diligence.
- Some of the big projects implemented with personal participation as a project leader:
   o Industrial expertise in investment evaluation in food sector (Cerealia)
   o Industrial expertise  and company evaluation in investment project in milk industry (Tetra Pak and Swedfund)
   o Positioning and expansion analysis in building materials (Akzo Nobel)
- Organised several high level delegations to Ukraine with participation of top management of the biggest Swedish companies. Programs included round tables and seminars with participation of high level speakers from Ukrainian corporates and government. 
- Participated in many seminars and conferences in Sweden with presentations to top managers on promotion of the Ukrainian market and the Swedish Trade Council. 

- As a first commercial officer in the country assisted Swedish companies to enter Ukraine.
- Implemented more than 30 projects including market research, partner search and evaluation, organisation of visits, seminars. 
- Some of the projects:
   o Distributor search and evaluation in energy equipment sector (Volvo Aero)
   o M&A project in mass media
   o Market  evaluation in telecom industry (Telia)
- Organised a number of business delegations including the Swedish delegation headed by the Minister of Trade of Sweden, Ukrainian delegation to Sweden in connection to the state visit.
- Organised an exhibition of Swedish companies “Sweden Days” where 40 participants took part.
