Personal assistant to executive

Providing administrative and business support to the President of company and supporting other members of the executive management team. Maintaining President's calendar, planning and scheduling meetings, travel and leisure. Contributions: •Negotiated favorable terms and pricing agreements with resorts, vendors, and other providers for service at special events. •Planned and coordinated business development events, international exhibitions, partner retreats, holiday parties around the world and more.

Duties included: • Welcoming guests at check in and check out, performing necessary services. • Receiving and acknowledging reservations and cancellations. • Assisting customers in all inquiries.

•Providing efficient and high quality service and dealing with the guests •Performing the day closure procedure •Preparing required reports and statistics at the end of the day closure

•Ensuring the smooth running of all Standards of Service. •Setting up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming orders. •Assigning opening and closing duties.
