Job responsibilities account manager:

• work with a ready-made client base, cold search;
• analysis of the client’s needs, search for a solution, formation of an offer, agreement of conditions, implementation of financial technological solutions for various groups of clients (licensed high risk industry: gambling, betting, adult content, FX, etc.;)
• active negotiations on the terms of cooperation (products, services, cost, payments);
• building long-term relationships with clients and partners;
• expanding the client base through recommendations from existing clients;
• effective and efficient interaction with the operational service both within the organization and on the part of customers and partners;
• participation in teleconferences with payment solution providers and customers;
• expanding the range of services provided to each client;
• defending the interests of clients both within the organization and with providers of financial solutions;
• defending the position of payment solution providers and negotiating terms with customers.

Requirements for a candidate:

• at least 1 year experience in customer service (desirable)
• proficiency in English at a level that allows you to negotiate and discuss details (oral and written). Knowledge of any second foreign language is a significant advantage
• active «listening» to the client (listen carefully and hear);
• experience in finding solutions, negotiating conditions and implementation;
• experience in the fintech industry is not required but an advantage
