Miratech is looking for a Vice President Employee Experience to drive continuous improvement in Miratech’s ability to design, build and enhance employee experience throughout employee lifecycle.

Vice President Employee Experience (VP EX) is a member of senior management team, reporting to a Senior VP Corporate Services and working as a strategic partner for Corporate Leadership Team in all areas of employee experience.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • A person in this position is generally responsible for all aspects of relationships between employee-employee, employee-manager, and employee-company;
  • Organizes a full cycle of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the teams, including on-boarding, individual/team retention tools, training & development strategies, etc;
  • Implements relevant tools and practices for managing within organization, employee’s brand experience and brand perception (employer as a brand);
  • Owns training and development program within the company;
  • In partnership with peers, designs and approves employee value proposition (product for employees incl. product tailoring/specifics for each of territories, etc.);
  • Collaborates with our global leadership team to support culture change, ensures values and behaviors are consistently communicated and upheld;
  • Drives, influences, advises and supports the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth;
  • Manages internal communications and events


  • 10+ years of experience leading international HR teams and driving the complete HR life-cycle in global IT outsourcing/professional/technology/knowledge-related industry
  • 5+ years in a management role with multi-cultural and fast-growing company
  • Prior successful leadership experience including development of HR programs and initiatives in highly competitive environment
  • Experience in designing, improving and implementing high-performance HR systems, policies and procedures based on best practices
  • Data-driven leadership skills with clear understanding of business drivers
  • Ability to design the work processes, plans, KPIs, incentive models for the teams to deliver on the objectives
  • Advanced English (ability to present convincing precise detail in front of the international audience, substantiate own point of view in volatile discussions)
