UFuture is a holding company of Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky that integrates his business and impact-investment projects.

The company has a diversified portfolio of assets in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, industry, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Currently, UFuture's assets are estimated at $550 million, and the total capitalization of the businesses it invested in is more than $1 billion.

UNIT.City - the first innovation park in Ukraine, one of the biggest innovation districts in CEE.

Here, we create a city in the city. More than 500 businesses and 30,000 jobs will be located on the territory of old motoplant (25 hectares), which is being restored now. This is the first place in Ukraine with such a concentration of innovative businesses, startups, R&D laboratories, FabLabs and great infrastructure. UNIT.City - is the place where ideas come to life.

Now we are searching for a person, who will be responsible for partnerships with local and international stakeholders for UNIT.City.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow the number of partner corporations and innovation programs we establish together.

  • Attract local Ukrainian and international industry leaders (and organisers of ecosystem projects) to establish their initiatives, companies and projects in UNIT.City (we are open to help such initiatives to grow and ready to boost them with support of our team).

  • Boost number of opportunities and corporate programs in UNIT.Perks startup program (Amazon AWS Activate, Hubspot for Startups, etc.).

  • Establish and support cooperation between UNIT.City and other startup ecosystems, global conferences, business clubs, investors, hubs, etc.

We also expect that person can help us with:

  • Attracting new local and international companies to establish R&D (soft landing) in UNIT.City.

  • Attracting new acceleration programs to UNIT.City and finding partners for such programs.

  • Attracting new donors, corporate sponsors, partners for ecosystem projects.

We're also open to people who can propose his/her own strategy and vision of building partnerships with our target audience and stakeholders.

The usual workflow will also include:

  • Preparation of sales materials (presentations, landing pages, etc).

  • Active involvement in the process of new ecosystem programs and products formation.

  • Product market-fit testing for current and new programs.

  • Meetings with the team.

What IDEAL skills we expect from our future team member:

  • Good English (written and verbal skills).

  • Great networking, negotiating and presentations skills.

  • Understanding of startup industry, venture trends and any related experience.

  • The person should not be afraid to sell.

  • Experience in cooperation/work with international markets.

  • Active interests in high tech, innovations, startups.

  • The person should really care about the high quality of every project he/she leads from the start till the final realization.

  • The ability and desire to work, learn and launch projects very fast.

It will be a great plus for your application if you have an:

  • work experience in the startup;

  • sales experience;

  • broad network among people from C-level positions at companies in Ukraine and globally.
