HR Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Set up the organizational structure to sustain deliver results
  • Ensuring that our company and department focused goals and objectives are attained
  • Impacting and promoting organizational and HR strategy and vision
  • Formulate HR operating strategies and plans and drive their implementation in plant
  • Work closely with Plant Managers and other functional managers in locations to ensure business and customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze new trends in HR, human resource needs and market demand to plan and manage efficiently all projects
  • Forecast operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests
  • Advise management on all HR related topics and provides consultative assistance in managing all employment issues
  • Provide direction and example for interpretation and application of company policies and procedures
  • Ensures the management of the personnel in full compliance with the company's and local legislation and regulations
  • Oversee the selection and recruitment process
  • Implementation and administration of compensations and benefit systems
  • Responsible for motivation and incentives program for employees
  • Analyze all HR processes together with the process owners

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of Relevant Experience in Management of Human Resources
  • Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong leadership experience that combines emotional intelligence, business acumen, strategy development, large team leadership, people engagement, people development and communication skills with proven operations expertise
  • Languages: Fluent in English
