IT Product Company, that focused on developing travel and avia solutions is looking for Customer Care Specialist for post-sale support avia (airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries) and non-avia products (hotels)

Requirements:

  • GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience
  • Experience in post-sale support avia and non-avia products
  • Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian languages (written&spoken)
  • Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player.
  • Working with zendesk CRM, 1C, gilboa

Job Functions:

  • Daily communication with customers ( Airlines, Hotels)
  • Providing omni-channel support in English, Ukrainian and Russian
  • Working with CRM, accounting programs, reports
  • Coordination and applying to certain schedules.
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
