A career in PwC Advisory Government & Public Services team will provide you with an opportunity to design and implement institutional, regulatory and growth-sustaining structural reforms across all levels of government and public institutions.
Your daily tasks:
As a Senior Associate, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in public sector implementing reforms or delivering projects funded by international donor organisations or delivering consulting projects for the private sector organisations
- Proven track record in the delivery of transformation and operational efficiency projects
- Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination
- Experience of managing multiple project workstreams
Qualifications and skills:
- Clear passion for making an impact in the public and social sector
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- University degree in public administration, economics or finance; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong project management skills, including knowledge of PMI methodologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel (proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project is a plus)
- Ukrainian / Russian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written)
